본 연구는 재취업 여성의 일터영성과 조직몰입 간의 직무만족의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 S시에서 거주하는 재취업 여성을 대상으로 2023년 10월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 재취업 여성 227명의 자료를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계 그리고 위계적 회귀분을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 재취업 여성의 일터영성과 직무만족은 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 재취업 여성의 일터영성이 조직몰입과의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 재취업 여성의 조직 몰입도를 증진할 수 있는 실천방안을 제시하였다.

This study attempted to confirm the mediating effect of job satisfaction between work spirituality and organizational commitment of re-employed women. The subject of this study was data collected from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 for re-employed women living in S city. Frequency analysis, technical statistics, correlation, and hierarchical regression were performed using the data of 227 re-employed women. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that the work spirituality and job satisfaction of re-employed women had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, it was possible to confirm the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between the work spirituality of re-employed women and organizational commitment. Based on this, a plan to improve the organizational commitment of re-employed women was suggested.
